The Lago Mar North Community is a master-planned community and is made up of 274 homes in and adheres to two association's by-laws.
The Master Association is managed my Courtesy Property Management and is responsible for:
* overall maintenance of the perimeter areas of Lago Mar North and adjoining communities
* collection of quarterly dues for the master association
*upkeep of lakes within Lago Mar North community
The Sub Association is managed by Allied Property Group and is responsible for:
* collection of quarterly fees and financial reporting of the Lago Mar North Community
*sending out of annual meeting notices and preparation of annual meeting
*preparation and mailing out of violation letters to homeowners
The Homeowner's Association Board is responsible for:
* overall management and maintenance of the Lago Mar North Community
* monitoring review and approval of established rules and regulations of the community, including architectural modifications
* periodic board meetings to review overall community needs
* review input from homeowners for betterment of the community

Stephanie Hernandez

Stephanie has been a homeowner since 2016, but has lived in the community 17 years. She is an Assistant Principal for a private school for children with special needs.
Evelyn Melo
Board Member
Evelyn is a Lago Mar resident since 1993 and excited to join the HOA Board of Directors. She brings the motivation and vision needed, in order to maintain the beautification of our community. Mrs. Melo has over 10 years of prior HOA experience, where she served as the Secretary. Mrs. Melo expressed, 'Lago Mar is not just a community, it's my home"
